As a contrast to jogging, there is yoging! Beside practicing walking, going to the gym, there is also yoga. A few times, we have enjoyed this at La Tardecita with a yoga teacher coming over. when practicing yoga, we increase flexibility, stamina, muscle power and muscle tonus. We improve respiration, energy levels and vitality. At La Tardecita there are 12 yoga mats. How about waking up body and soul early in the morning by stretching out? Sometimes we have been outdoors at the terrace of the house and sometimes we have enjoyed our yoga at the lovely beaches.
